Ltd. 2012 : • Capital Increasing Without Pre-emptive Rights Scheme. • Execution of Convertible Bonds. • Right Issue IV.
2013 : • Acquisition of PT Tridaya Investindo with its Subsidiary and the change of its name into PT BIP Tridaya Propertindo • Establishment of new subsidiary of PT BIP Sentosa • Divestment of the Company’s share in PT BIP Nusatirta 2015 : Right Issue V. |
